There is no trial. Crew accounts remain Free Forever. CrewBaseHQ does not sell contractor labor, property repairs, or physical goods.

What am I buying?
A subscription to CrewBaseHQ software, delivered online. You create a company workspace, invite your Office team, and manage operations in the browser. Crew accounts are free. CrewBaseHQ is not a property-preservation contractor and does not sell labor or repairs.
What is an Office user?
An Office user is a person inside your LLC workspace — owners, vendor managers, processors, and other team roles. Crews are not Office seats.
Are Crews paid seats?
No. Core Crew accounts are Free Forever and are never billed as Office seats.
Can one owner manage several LLCs?
Yes. One account can access multiple independently billed LLCs. Each LLC has its own subscription.
Does one subscription cover several LLCs?
No. One LLC equals one subscription. Each LLC keeps its own plan, billing, permissions, and data boundary.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges the yearly amount up front and saves about 16.7% (2 months) versus paying monthly. Monthly is the default view.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Plan changes and cancellation are managed through the billing customer portal for that company workspace. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues through the period already paid, including the rest of a paid annual term. See the billing and cancellation page.
Who processes payment?
Where checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. The charge is for software subscription access, not field labor.
What happens to my data if billing ends?
Data is retained. The Office workspace becomes restricted rather than deleting records.
